Peanut Thai Sauce

Recipe by Stephanie Graham

1/4 peanut butter (I find that the natural from TraderJoe’s makes a smoother sauce)

1/4 cup coconut milk

2/3 cup vanilla yogurt (1 single serve container is how much you need)

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

thai hot pepper sauce to taste (I use about 1-2 teaspoons depending on the crowd. You can buy it at the supermarket in the ethnic aisle. small jar, green lid)
