Tomato Ranch Squares

1 pizza crust

  • 1 cup warm water, 1 TB yeast, 2 tsp sugar – mix all  let stand
  • 2 TB olive oil, 2 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp salt – knead all 5 minutes
  • Bake 11 min @425

1 cup mozzerella cheese – sprinkle over baked crust

4 Roma Tomatoes, sliced thin – lay on top of cheese

Mix and spread over tomatotes:

  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup mozzerella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese

Bake 10-15 minutes @375 until cheese is bubbly
