German Pancakes

  • Melt 2 TB butter in each, two 9×13 glass pans, place in preheating oven @400. While butter melts:

In mixing bowl:

  • 6 eggs, beat well

Slowly add:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Butter should be melted at this point (don’t let the butter brown in oven) Swirl butter around all sides and bottom of 9×13 glass dish. Pour batter in, bake 20-25 minutes.
