Vegetable Beef Soup

In crock pot, stew on med for 4-6 hours (may need to add water, check periodically):

  • 2 pounds stewing beef chunks
  • 2 TB brown sugar
  • 16 oz tomato juice
  • 16 oz water
  • 2 TB beef bullion
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic seasoning
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

In pot of water, boil until tender, strain, then add to crock pot when beef is cooked, and serve:

  • 5 red potatoes, cubed
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chunked
  • garlic salt
