White Cream Sauce

For pastas, potatoes

Melt in pan:

  • 1 cube butter

Add, stir over medium heat, bring to boil.  Boil long enough to reach desired thickness:

  • 2 cans canned milk (1/2 cups each)
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
