Chinese Chicken Salad

2 pkgs chicken ramen, crush noodles

Over low heat, combine, add crushed dry noodles:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup seasame seeds
  • 4 oz slivered almonds
  • 2 tsp chicken bullion

Cook until lightly browned and nutty smelling, remove from heat, meanwhile;

Toss together:

  • 1 head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 6 green onions, diced
  • 3-4 cooked chicken breasts, chopped, leave on top of greens

Dressing:

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Pour dressing directly onto chicken on top of salad, then stir in.  Add toasted pan items, then stir together again. Serve immediately
