In small bowl, stir together, then set aside to allow juices to form
- 1 cup cut cup strawberries, lightly mash with fork
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
With a mixer on medium speed, cream together:
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Fold in the strawberries. Today I’m using this to fill strawberry cupcakes with lemon buttercream.
