Classic Rolls

Dissolve in bowl:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons yeast

Beat 3 eggs,add yeast mixture after it has bubbled

Add:

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add 4 1/2 cups flour, knead 10 min. in mixer

Let Raise ’til double in greased bowl. Punch down. Roll out or form desired shape, let raise 1 1/2 hours.
