Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Mix:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Cut in 2/3 of cups butter shortening. Then blend 1 1/2 cups of milk. Knead 1 cup of cheese into the dough. Roll into 1/4 cup size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Melt 1/2 cup of butter, add 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic salt. Brush tops using all of this.

For regular biscuits, do not add cheese into dough.
