Biscuits and Gravy

See Cheddar Bay Biscuits Recipe. Exclude the cheese.

Gravy:

Add 4 tablespoons of flour slowly to the pan of 1 pound of pink sausage, browned. Add 1 can of canned milk and 1 ½ cups of milk to the pan and bring to a boil on medium heat. Be sure to stir often, scraping the bottom. Pour over open-faced biscuits.
