Hong Kong Egg Rolls

egg-roll- Chop finely and cook:

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh, minced garlic
  • 1 fl. oz. soy sauce

Add below then cook on high. Stir fry until tender.

  • 1/2 head cabbage- finely chopped
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 package sliced mushrooms
  • 3 shredded  carrots

Drain liquid WELL in colander, let cool. Spoon into won-ton wrappers and seal with water.Fry in oil, 3/4 submerged.
