Pot Roast

potroast

 

  • 2 cups water
  •  1 package lipton onion
  • 1 small cream of mushroom soup
  • 3-5 lbs. of round eye pot roast

Sear roast edges in skillet. Combine water and lipton onion mix. Pour 1/4 into crock pot. Place roast in (Optional: slice carrots and potatoes and put on top of roast.) Pour remaining juice on top. Cover with lid and cook on high for 3-5 hours.
