Pizza Crust


Mix and let stand for 5 minutes

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 teaspoons sugar


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Knead above in mixer for 7 minutes until elastic. Roll out onto greased pan or stone. Bake 7 minutes @ 425 degrees. Take out of oven, spread 1 teaspoon olive oil and 1 fresh pressed garlic clove. Add sauce (tomato sauce or ranch). Sprinkle seasoning, Add cheese and toppings. Bake another 12-15 minutes.
