Quiche Lorraine (1 pie)

2 eggs beaten

¾ cups milk

1 teaspoon dry onion

 

½ pound grated cheddar cheese

¼ pound jack grated

½ small can diced chilies

 

Mix and pour into unbaked pie shed bake. Bake into 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
