Chicken Marsala

Mix to coat chicken:

  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil on med-high.

Add the below to hot oil, cook for 5 mins, while stirring:

2 cloves garlic

1 cup mushrooms sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley

Add 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts covered in flour mixture, and cook uncovered 8 -10 minutes,

Add 1/2 cup dry marsala wine, cook another 8-10 minutes, then flip and cook till done.
